Michael Schumacher: The king of speed

The king of speed Michael Schumacher is the only formula one champion from Germany. He started showing his potential from his early childhood when he won his first championship at the age of six in karting competition. Although Michael Schumacher parents were working very hard to provide him kart equipments but their earnings were hardly sufficient for this.
Michael Schumacher made his debut in formula one racing with the Jordan-Ford team at the 1991 Belgian Grand Prix. In this race Michael Schumacher drove car no.32 as a replacement for Bertrand Gachot who was imprisoned at that time. Schumacher joined Scuderia Ferrari S.p.A. in 1996.

In 2000 after a long Battle with his opponents Michael Schumacher won his third world championship. Michael Schumacher won 5 out of 8 races in this championship. Although in mid of the year 2000 Michael Schumacher failed to complete three of his races and because of this Michael Schumacher's chances of winning that championship suffered a lot. During all this event Häkkinen was the major opponent of Michael Schumacher. Both of them were winning favourites for this championship but at last Michael Schumacher won the championship. After winning 41st race Schumacher equaled the number of wins of his idle Ayrton Senna. On this occasion at a press conference Michael Schumacher broke into tears.

After the year 2004 Michael Schumacher won a record 12 out of 13 races and the only race he lost because of an accident on the track. Year 2006 was proved last year of his racing career and before the starting of Brazilian Grand Prix which was the last race of his career Michael Schumacher conceded the title to Alonso.
