Karate : best form of Martial Arts

Martial Defense There had been wide variety of Martial Arts all through the gone ages. Each having a different scientific significance. Each helping in developing the mental and psychological strength in a different way there by leading to the all form of body exercises. Besides providing best health Martial Arts is believed to be the best way of increasing concentration.
While comparing the different forms of martial arts we find that Karate is best for a ordinary person. You may feel it to know how it is possible. So here is the answer.
Bando Thiang is one such form in which are used armed and unarmed styles, chanbara is another Japanese style in which swords are used, Gatka is one another form of Martial Arts of Sikh religion origin, Haidong Gumdo is Korean sword based martial arts, Judo on the other hand is defensive style martial arts, kajukenbo is a style developed for black belt holders from various fields. Ka-karate,ju-judo,ken-kenpo,bo-boxing is the abbreviation for kajukenbo. Kalariyapattu is ancient form of martial arts in which we find a blend of Karate and Kung-fu. Kalari is a name of a place - a teaching place for traditional form martial arts. Kendo is a style in which we find two people fencing in front of each other. Kick-boxing includes different form kicking and boxing styles, Kung-fu is another style in which there are different type of blocking events and self defense styles, muay thai is another style similar to kick boxing, naginata is a weapon using martial arts style for women-child and young. Taekwondo is a style in which are used only legs but in a speedy motion.
Among the comparison of all these Karate is the only style which do not uses any weapons but instead uses a combination of kicks and punches. All with out any defensive equipment at the body. Moreover this style can be used by any one, among any age group. Either it be children, women or men. And one of the best way of concentrating.
